Process Overview

We will strive to make the process of requesting and obtaining drone photos and videos as seamless as possible for you. The following is an overview of the general process you can expect:

• Request a proposal and fee estimate via email or phone. We will respond within 24 hours.

• Once we have the site-specific details and goals, we will send you a proposal and contract within 24 hours.

• Upon receipt of the signed agreement/proposal, our Part 107 pilot will lay out the general flight plan prior to mobilization.

• On the flight day, our pilot will mobilize to the property and conduct a pre-flight checklist and safety assessment to make sure potential hazards are understood and mitigated. An immediate air space authorization will be requested from Air Traffic Control (ATC) using the Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) system if the property falls within controlled airspace.

• The flight and data collection will be conducted and we will demobilize.

• Photos and video will be post-processed (if applicable) and the files will be provided to you within 24 hours.

• An invoice for services will be submitted at the time of photo and video delivery.
